On January 7th, 2025, the Great Neck AYLUS branch hosted another tutoring session at the Great Neck Station Library from 6-7 pm.
Xiaomiao Yao, Linzi Yeung and Ivy Li helped students with their homework, focusing mainly on translating and explaining the science homework for students. Lia Huang read two books with a student, working on pronouncing and understanding difficult words. Lastly, Kylie Lam and Xingzhi Li guided an adult English learner through learn to read picture books, correcting pronunciation and defining terms.
Overall, it was another successful week!
