On Friday 12/20/2024, two members of AYLUS Newtown presented a chess information session from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM at the Newtown Yardley Chinese School.
AYLUS volunteers led an engaging session on the benefits of chess and ways to get into the game. They shared valuable insights on how chess can improve cognitive skills, promote strategic thinking, and foster problem-solving abilities. The presentation was interactive, with the volunteers answering questions and providing helpful tips to the attendees. The event sparked interest and excitement, encouraging many to explore the world of chess further.
