On December 21th, AYLUS members had a local beach clean up. They started at the upper park, making their way through the wet grass. On the upper park, they found paper scraps which had been soaked in rain. As they continued to the lower park, they found more trash in a small canyon which led down to the beach. As they walked across the beach, they found more plastic as well as a shoe which they placed to the side. Finally, as they circled back up, they found a stuffed bear which they gently put off it didn’t get stepped on.
