Collecting food for donation is a meaningful way to support our local community and help those in need. By gathering non-perishable items like canned goods, pasta, rice, and other staples, we can make a positive impact on families and individuals facing food insecurity. We invite everyone to participate by donating any extra food items that they may have or by organizing small drives among friends, workplaces, and schools.
A huge thanks to the Morris branch team members who have worked tirelessly to make this effort possible. Members dropped all the collection items about 10 pounds on October 27th. Their dedication and hard work ensure that all collected items will be delivered to local food banks, shelters, and community centers, where a real difference can be made. Together, with their support, we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community.
