On August 24th and August 25th, 2024, 8 members from our branch volunteered at the Lazy Daze Festival. The annual Cary Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts Festival celebrates the “Lazy Daze” of summer, welcoming nearly 250 artists from across the U.S. For nearly half a century, the Lazy Daze Festival has provided art, entertainment, food, and much more over the course of two days. Today is the second day of the festival, and our branch is proud to be part of the volunteer team. We helped with booth sitting and delivering snacks to the artists.
