When the volunteers, Henry and Eason first got to the school, they put up chairs in the hallways so that the parents can sit. They did this by grabbing carts full of chairs out from the gym and started to place them against the wall. Then they started to hang flyers on doors and walls promoting a new student – lead leadership club. Next they started to decorate the building and the outside with balloons and flowers as we are going to celebrate the moon festival. They also put up games such as ping pong and frisbee on the soccer fields for the kids to play. Lastly they were in charge of handing kids gifts for their participation in the games.
