Throughout November, the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch made special heart-shaped pillows for people struggling with cancer. Our group picked the patterns and spent a lot of time making these heart pillows with care. These pillows are helpful for those recovering from surgery, as they can be used under the arm post-surgery or in the car to protect the chest from the seatbelt.
We hope these pillows bring big smiles to the patients. Our goal is to give them hope and strength during their tough time with cancer, and we hope our efforts have contributed in making a difference in their lives.
