On November 26th, AYLUS Orange branch members gathered together to make bracelets. The bracelets were made to advocate for diversity as the winter seasons approach. Bracelets were Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and Christmas themed. There were also generic winter bracelets. The bracelet threads and beads were all from the volunteers themselves.
We made these bracelets to represent the diverse groups of people present in our school and community. These showcase important holiday traditions for all different religions and heritages. They create a tangible representation of our commitment to include all.
