From November 1 to November 12, 2023, AYLUS Pearland hosted a donation drive to support families in Mexico. Volunteers collected many items in good condition and dropped them off at designated locations. In addition to the items we usually collect, including clothing and shoes for adults and kids, school supplies, and toys, etc., we also collected candies left over from Halloween to send to Mexico for this holiday. We also collected some winter clothes to donate to local Goodwill warehouse to support the advocacy from AYLUS headquarter. All the other items will be delivered to a church in Mexico in support of those victims in Cancun. In total, AYLUS collected over 2,000 items to donate to people in Mexico.
