On 10/07/2023, members of AYLUS Syosset Branch volunteered at LINPI (Long Island Native Plants Initiative) greenhouse in Brentwood. Today Members had to work inside the LINPI greenhouse because of heavy rain weather in Long Island. Members worked on trimming unhealthy leaves from plants and removed weeds near those plants. Members also filled in empty pots with new soil and repotted plants in those pots. Members wrote down the name of plants on the plant labels with markers, and later placed the written plant labels near the plants for plant identification. Once again, members of AYLUS Syosset Branch enjoyed a wonderful day with all LINPI associates who are always friendly and supportive of AYLUS.
