On September 16th, the AYLUS Pearland branch provided free art lessons to the community kids at the Pearland West Library.
This week, the students focused on finishing the drawing of Charlie Brown and Snoopy they had started the week before. At this point, many of them were already ready to color their photos. Using color pencils, the students were taught how to color and do basic shading to make a 3D effect. There was a break about halfway through the class, where everyone was able to have a snack. Once finished, many students opted to free draw or work on a new drawing.
