Columbus branch volunteers, Brenna Li packed and shipped 169 AYLUS T shirts to 14 branches on September 19th, 2023.
Volunteer Brenna Li, assembled the USPS shipping boxes and prepared the address and recipient labels, and selected the right quantity and size combination for each of the branches based on their google order form, double-checked the quality of the T shirts, and packed (and triple checking) them in USPS priority flat rate boxes (medium or large), and sealed the packages with tapes. In total, they packed 169 T shirts to 14 different AYLUS branches locations, in 4 different adult sizes, using USPS flat-rate priority box. Before the packing, volunteer Brenna Li, summarized the order list based on the google forms, and ordered the shipping boxes and labels from the postal office.
