On August 26th, 2023, 10 members from our branch volunteered at the Lazy Daze Festival. The annual Cary Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts Festival celebrates the “Lazy Daze” of summer, welcoming nearly 300 artists from across 16 states in the U.S. For nearly half a century, the Lazy Daze Festival has provided art, entertainment, food, and much more over the course of two days. Today is the first day of the festival, and our branch is proud to be part of the volunteer team. We helped with booth sitting and delivering snacks to the artists.
