On July 4th, AYLUS Bellaire branch members served at the 4th of July parade in Bellaire, TX.
Members arrived at their assigned location (2 to 3 volunteers per location) at 6:45 am and served under the instruction of Bellaire police. They helped prepare the parade by setting up cones to block certain roads and re-route community residents to avoid the parade route. The parade started at around 9 am and members stayed throughout the entire parade until 10 am when the parade concluded. Members’ efforts contributed to an efficient and organized 4th of July parade for the Bellaire community.
