On June 23, several AYLUS members volunteered at a Concerts in the Park event at Independence Park. The volunteers worked at and around the information booth, helping to organize the raffle for later that evening. Some volunteers monitored survey completion and passed out tickets at the physical booth while others took tickets and survey codes to hand out to people further out in the park. The volunteers collected a lot of tickets, though it started to rain towards the end of the event. The students helped to move the information booth under an awning and cleaned up for the rest of the event. Even though the weather put a damp close on the concert, the event was still successful.
