On June 25, 2023, AYLUS San Diego participated in the “I Love A Clean San Diego” beach cleanup event.
I Love A Clean San Diego is a nonprofit organization that aims to create zero waste and zero litter in San Diego County. Their mission is to lead and inspire the community to conserve and enhance the environment through example, outreach, and local involvement. They envision a zero-waste, litter-free, and environmentally engaged San Diego region.
This event was organized by dedicated volunteers passionate about keeping San Diego’s beaches clean and pristine. The event was a success, with 6 volunteers showing up to lend a hand; picking up ~ 4 pounds of trash & 12 soda cans.
