The AYLUS volunteers of the Dix Hills Branch assists senior citizens at Alzheimers. Volunteers work with Alzhimer’s to entertain and help out the senior citizens. After the senior citizens finish their lunch, the AYLUS volunteers bring them to an entertainment room. Their music was played by a guitarist who also sings. The volunteers dance with the senior citizens and provide them with entertainment.
Additionally, the volunteers had conversations with the senior citizens and also brought them snacks and drinks.
