AYLUS Dix Hills Branch works with Half Hollow Hills Library to tutoring children K-5 struggling in school on March 29, 2023. Volunteers helped children understand the lesson they were reviewing during school and helped them do their homework.
AYLUS Dix Hills hopes to make a positive impact on the community’s academic environment as well as children’s mental well-being.
Volunteers: Ru Xue Jiang (1 hour and 30 minutes) and Lillian Chen (1 hour).
