On February 11th, 2023, Murrieta members went to their new adopted park – Meadows Park, to help pick up trash. When members got there, they discovered scraps of confetti and popped balloons so they assumed there was a party held at the park. Members walked around the perimeter of the park, carefully watching for any scrap pieces of trash. They even found a few stray plastic bottles and saved those in a different bag for later. After completing their trash hunt, they disposed the trash properly and members hung out on the swings before they called for the day.
