AYLUS Pearland joins the New Hope Christian Church and Light and Salt Association for Leadership Meeting August 26
On August 26, AYLUS Pearland members joined two other organizations to brainstorm potential service projects and events for mental health awareness. They started the meeting with icebreakers for a more comfortable environment. Then, they got into pairs and brainstormed vague ideas, eventually narrowing down and focusing on the details of each event idea. Finally, they ended the meeting by sharing. Through this meeting, AYLUS members collaborated with organizations outside of Pearland to potentially coordinate a larger-scale mental awareness event in the future. They had a chance to work with more experienced individuals and explore different perspectives.
