Eighteen months later, our members of the Greater Princeton branch of AYLUS resumed an in-person music performance program at Brookdale Senior Living in Hillsborough (600 Auten Road, Hillsborough, NJ 08844; Community 908-431-1300) on Sunday afternoon, July 18th.
With COVID-19 restrictions lifted, Cassie Tammy Wang (2 hrs), AYLUS National Honorary President and GPA Founder & President, reached out on May 27th to Linda Pacifico, the Resident Engagement Director and Mentor, about hosting in-person music events to amuse the seniors. We discussed the scheduling of AYLUS Students Performances at Brookdale Hillsborough and confirmed for Sunday, July 18th at 3:00 and every third Sunday of the month thereafter unless of a change by AYLUS music group.
GPA leaders Fiona Fan (7/10, 3 hrs) and Alissa Wu (7/10, 3 hrs) lead this music program. They made a flyer, called for performers, assembled the music, brought in music stands, and hosted the event, etc.
