On September 4, 2020, the health committee held a seminar with therapist Alexa Bailey who shared a lot of tips regarding mental health during the pandemic as well as her experience as a therapist. Some other topics covered her path to becoming a therapist, different methods for self-care, and common misconceptions about mental health and psychology. There were a total of 15 attendees and the seminar lasted over an hour. In the end, the attendees asked questions for Alexa and she answered them enthusiastically. The health committee is very excited to hold more seminars in the future.
