On Feb 11th, 2024 West Essex members volunteered at Millburn Lunar New Year Celebration. Members were involved in both afternoon activities as well as the spring festival gala.
The Millburn Institute of Talent and the Milburn Short Hills Chinese Association hosted the 2024 Lunar New Year festival on Sunday Feb. 11th from 12 to 6 p.m. at Millburn High School, at 462 Millburn Ave.
From 12 to 3 p.m., there will were various dance performances and games. Then, from 3 to 5:30 p.m., the Spring Festival Gala featured instrumental, vocal, and dance performances by professional folk music performers, ballet dancers, and opera tenors, followed by a fireworks show at the end of the festival.
