It is the last tutoring in 2018-2019 school year, as of today, East Cobb Branch held 29 tutoring at East Cobb Library and Switzer Library since September 2018.

The East Cobb Branch holds Youth Tutoring program every Saturday during school days, giving kids in the Cobb area an opportunity to receive help with their studies. The program gives students a comfortable environment to ask for help in academics. The interaction between tutors and students also makes learning more enjoyable.

This time, the tutors taught 2 students are elementary school. The tutors worked on a variety of subjects with the students such as Math and Reading.

Despite it being the end of the year and everyone is busy in final preparation, the student was a joy to teach, and we hope to be able to tutor them again in next school year! We volunteered over a hundred times and two hundred hours to better help these students, and we hope to continue to do this the next year.
