To All Greater Princeton AYLUS Members/Parents/Guardians:
Please read this “GPA Hold Harmless Agreement” very carefully. As a simply youth volunteering non-profit organization, GPA can not take any risks! This agreement shall become effective immediately. The GPA assumes you will agree with it by staying within the GPA from now on.
In case you disagree with what it says, however, you must announce it no later than December 14th, 2018, and give up your membership with the GPA immediately. Then you are to be removed from this GPA group.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Any member/parent/guardian of the Greater Princeton, NJ Branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (GPA of AYLUS), shall agree to indemnify the GPA, its officers and advisors, and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expenses in from, related to or in connection with any volunteering activities that either members self-initiated or GPA organized, effectively immediately and until further notice. In the event that the above-named indemnified shall be made a party to any litigation commenced by or against person/organization, then person/company shall protect and hold the above-named indemnified in connection with such litigation.

Starting December 14th, 2018, members of GPA can not invite anyone to the GPA group of WeChat. Let GPA know if you have friends interested in joining, but only GPA can invite its approved members to join the group. Violators will be removed immediately from the group.
