On February 19th, Pearland Branch hosted 2016 Lunar New Year Festival

On February 19th, Aylus Pearland joined with Glenda Dawson High School’s Asian Culture Club to co-host 2016 Lunar New Year Festival. A total of 37 volunteers came and contributed to the festival, and around 200 people from our community showed up. The Pearland Branch served many different types of Asian food, hosted many activities, and hung up decorations. Several activities included ping pong, face painting, traditional dances, calligraphy and more.
