On April 3, the Durham Sister Cities 4th National Festival was held in Durham Central Park, celebrating the 9 cities and 30 countries that are represented in and with Durham close cultural ties. Celebrate cultural diversity across countries and states with a variety of food trucks, shows and kiosks. The Greater Triangle Lions clubs serve as volunteers at the welcome table, introduce activities and schedules and programs, distribute introductory pamphlets to attendees of the festivities, and foster a powerful exchange of culture and information. We provide and distribute to newcomers and anyone who needs information about the festival. Our volunteers only participated in community volunteer activities, and also learned about the customs of 30 countries,
