The Three Village Branch volunteered 7 times in the past 3 months accumulating a total of 30 hours(varying per person). A new set of materials were added to the current projects, resulting in each meeting lasting 2-5 hours each. The Branch also designed flyers where students around the town would be able to join in the zoom call to help as well, counting for community service hours.
Students from ages 8-17(non-AYLUS) joined in as well, helping the community with transcribing different documents and deciphering audio recordings. AYLUS Board helped newer participants understand how to use the website and helped with accuracy through personal accounts.
Next 4 planned meetings on 3/20, 3/23, 3/28, 4/3, with new materials being added on 4/10.
