On April 4th, 2026, the AYLUS Roslyn Branch worked with NOSH Delivers from 9 AM to 12 PM. NOSH Delivers is a non-profit organization that provides free food to people who are unable to afford groceries. When we arrived, we began organizing and counting boxes of milk and other food items. This helped ensure that everything was prepared and ready to be distributed efficiently. After that, we decorated meal bags for children for both breakfast and lunch, making them more cheerful and welcoming. Then, we opened boxes of milk and cereal and placed one of each into every bag, creating a complete meal.Volunteering with NOSH Delivers was a meaningful experience and showed me how simple tasks, like packing or decorating meal bags, can make a big difference. It was a memorable experience, and I would definitely volunteer again.
