To ensure the smooth implementation of the robotics competition at PS94 Middle School, Great Neck Aylus organized volunteer students to participate in this activity in the form of a three person team. The time is divided into two halves, from 7:30am to 6:00 pm. The clear division of labor and orderly cooperation in this volunteer work provided support for the normal progress of the competition.
During the competition, the main responsibility of the volunteer team is to promptly notify each participating team to go to the designated competition venue according to the competition schedule. The schedule is relatively tight, with a large number of participating teams. Under the unified arrangement of the leader, volunteer students familiarize themselves with the competition process and schedule in advance, and divide into groups to go to different areas for notification and guidance, ensuring that each participating team can arrive on time and participate smoothly.
During the service period, each volunteer team was conscientious and responsible, with a positive attitude, and was able to clearly and patiently convey competition information to participating students. When encountering situations where the participating teams are unclear about the time or location, volunteer students can also provide timely explanations and assist them in getting to the correct competition venue. With the joint cooperation of all volunteers, the competition order was relatively good.
Through this volunteer service activity, all participating volunteer students have enhanced their sense of responsibility and teamwork ability, and deeply experienced the important role of volunteer service in campus activities.
