On 1/10/2026, Murrieta AYLUS members supported the first NAMI youth symposium at their local hospital.
Members got there early to help set up a couple of hours before the event started. They helped with setting up tables, placing gift bags on each chair, preparing the food, and setting up the booths. Members were also given a part to talk about in the symposium, where they talked about the importance of mental health and passed out acitivites for everywhere to participate. There were also other events like yoga and bingo to encouarge mental health. Members had lots of fun and gained and a lot of new knowledge.
