Mclean Branch Science Olympiad Anatomy and Physiology Tutoring on 11/20/2025
The AYLUS McLean Branch volunteers participated in Science Olympiad Anatomy and Physiology event tutoring. Experienced Science Olympiad competitors used their acquired knowledge to prepare elementary school students for their self-study events including Anatomy and Physiology. on 11/20/2025, volunteers held small group gatherings every Thursday to study for tournaments in the future.
Volunteering to coach young students in Science Olympiad events such as Anatomy and Physiology fosters a journey of self discovery. An interest in medicine could be founded at a very young age, allowing students to narrow in on a subject and gradually deepen their knowledge. By being a volunteer, we introduce young students to the fast paced learning environment of self-study competitions, helping them develop critical academic and life skills. This Science Olympiad Program’s first competitions are in April, and our volunteers are exceedingly excited to see how their students perform.
The following volunteers that participated are Emma Tsao from 4:30PM-6:30PM every Thursday (2 hour each time)
