On 12/3/2025 the nonprofit organization Shirley Rainbow hosted a charity concert titled “Music for Love: Give a Hand, Change a Life.” The concert was organized to support Zike, a Syosset high school student whose mother has been diagnosed with stage III cancer. The goal was to provide financial relief and emotional support during this difficult time. The event gathered musicians, neighbors, and volunteers in a warm, uplifting atmosphere centered around kindness and community support.
Purpose of the Event
The fundraiser aimed to assist Zike’s family with medical and living expenses arising from his mother’s illness. The concert highlighted the message that compassion within a community can truly change lives.
