Bernards PEC held their annual Halloween party at Bernards Library on 10/26/25. The PEC Halloween Party was a seasonal event for Bernard’s families with special needs children. Volunteers helped set up the food stand before the event, participated in games with the children, guided and encouraged them to dance, and assisted with serving food. After the event, volunteers also helped with cleanup.
The event provided a fun and inclusive environment for families, helping children with special needs engage in social activities and build confidence. It also strengthened community bonds by bringing together volunteers, families, and children, fostering a sense of support, connection, and shared celebration.
