On October 19th, 2025, members of AYLUS Syosset volunteered at the Oyster Festival at The Waterfront Center from 4 PM – 7 PM. Members worked on stands at the festival, separating shells and trash into separate bins. Members’ efforts allowed thousands of oysters and clam shells in the waters to build vital marine habitat. This event strengthened our members’ involvement in the community and in protecting and maintaining underwater life.
