AYLUS Syosset Visits Sangha Learning Center 7/14/25

On Monday, July 15th, Syosset AYLUS visited the Sangha learning center. Sangha is a non-profit organization that provides a place where individuals with high functioning ADHD, autism, and OCD can come together and decompress. Today, we joined by two members of the Long Island Progressive Coalition. We were able to explore different towns in both Nassau and Suffolks county and see the different issues they faced. We were then able to come up with solutions and present them to the group. In the afternoon, members were able to meet two lovely miniature therapy ponies, Aiden and Pearl. We learned so much about them and the impact of HorseAbility in helping improve the lives of individuals with special needs.
