On Monday, June 30th, 2025, members of the AYLUS Bergen branch hosted a summer-themed card-making event for hospitalized children, with all cards to be donated to Cards for Hospitalized Kids (CFHK) in Chicago, Illinois.
During this event, we created over 30 handmade cards, each designed to bring warmth and joy during the summer months. The theme of this event was inspired by summer fun and the Fourth of July, with many cards featuring red, white, and blue color schemes, fireworks, sunshine, ice cream, and positive messages of encouragement. We hoped to bring smiles and a sense of celebration to children spending their summer in the hospital.
We are proud to continue our mission of spreading kindness and uplifting others through small acts of creativity and service.
