On September 1st, 2024, 11 volunteers from the Frisco & Plano AYLUS branch gathered together from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM to crochet mini hat keychains and small bird amigurumi keychains. During this event, each of our volunteers were able to complete a hat keychain (pictures below)! Some of our volunteers were also able to get started on crocheting small bird amigurumi keychains as well. These crochet keychains are to be gifted to the cancer patients at children’s hospitals, along with hats our volunteers made, or to be sold in the flea market to raise funds for donations. Great work from our volunteers, and we hope to see them at next month’s meeting as well!
