During the month of July, several RCA members collected used shoes and cleaned them to be donated to Soles4Souls, an organization that helps combat poverty and that helps to recycle shoes instead of throwing them onto landfills.
The Riverside County AYLUS branch supports these goals and wants to help contribute to these environmental efforts not only to combat climate change, but to also help with the growing problem of landfills all while contributing to the fight of poverty.
