The Metro Detroit Branch volunteered at the Ricky Dong Foundation Food Pantry event on February 24, 2024. This event was aimed at helping the local Sterling Heights community out by offering free food packages with gift bags filled with clothing. Each food package held pears, oranges, apples, cabbages, pickled corn, as well as snacks of various kinds. The event was organized by the Ricky Dong Foundation as well as Cook4Homeless (C4H).
The only member of Aylus Metro Detroit branch who participated in this event was Brenden Niu.
