On August 1st, 2020, four high school students from Sammamish in Washington founded the seventy-sixth branch for the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Cascade Region, WA.

Description of the Cascade Region Branch
The Cascade Region branch aims to provide educational resources for students during the coronavirus pandemic. As high school students during this global crisis, we have felt the inefficiency and difficulty of remote learning. Our goal is to provide educational activities that will further students’ interest and learning, because we believe in kids helping kids.
Branch members specialize in chemistry, biology, debate, physics, athletics, math, and we each hope to use our own strengths to provide an easy and fun learning experience. We aim to provide online videos and seminars in different subjects, and homework/course help for students.
Since our offerings are fully online, we welcome all students to use them, including those who do not live in Washington State. We are open to collaborations of any clubs or organizations that have the similar interest of fostering education.
