On April 21, 2022, the Phoenix Branch decided to volunteer at Mesa`s Feed My Starving Children section 4&5 ( total 3.5 hours). Feed My Starving Children has always been a favorite of many of us within our school volunteer organization, so hosting it here as a part of AYLUS brought that same joy back. Here, many volunteers have decided to help with the packing station, from scooping up the rice, soy, vitamins, and veggies, dumping those through a funnel into a bag which was then weighed and sealed. Some volunteers have decided to take part in the labeling crew, where they put label stickers on bags.
