On July 17th, 2021, the San Fernando Valley Branch of AYLUS visited the Royal Garden Board and Care in Tarzana. Our members engaged in conversations with and escorted the elderly on a short walk. All in all, we spent more than one hour with the seniors at the facility. Members Jason Xie, Benjamin Kozikaro-Sanchez, and Marc Hua organized and planned the event. Both the volunteers and the seniors had a great time together.
This is our second ever visit to a senior living center and we plan to visit more in the near future!
