On Sunday, 6/13, for 2 hours, the members of the Greater Princeton AYLUS Light as a Feather Club hosted its birding lesson over Zoom.
Meeting host: Ethan Xu, Chloe Tan and Lina Yang.
This week, we taught members how to identify birds using bird calls, the ethics of using bird song recordings while recording (the benefits, and why it may be harmful), as well as different nest made by a variety of birds. We also went through a plethora of pictures taken at Edwin B. Forsythe NWR, explaining and describing the different birds captured in the photographs!
We are hoping to go birdwatching #2 field trip next Sunday at Baldpate Mountain if the weather cooperates!
