On Sunday, 5/16, for 2 hours, the members of the Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) Light as a Feather Club hosted its birding lesson over Zoom, introducing the club, topics of future lessons, birding and its significance, birding etiquette, personal experiences, birding apps, and common bird identification along with fun facts about each species.
We invited everyone to join our discord server and gave a quick tutorial on how to use the BirdBot. We also hosted a quizlet live so that they could practice identifying the common birds that we had introduced during the lesson. After the lesson, we posted our presentation and additional materials in the discord server.

Overall, it was a brilliant start to our club, and we hope we can increase the engagement for next time! The event is every Sunday at 10 am over Zoom. Field trips are coming.
