On October 3, Sugar Land Branch continued the exercise sessions. Instructors first lead participants through a high-knee and butt-kick warm up. In the leg workout, instructors introduced two new exercises: skater jumps and froggers. The set also consisted of side lunges, squats, and bridge-ups to build muscles in the legs. Instructors then led participants through lounges to the beat of the song “Antisocial.” Lastly, participants did the frying fish movement to build ab muscles. There were 6 participants and the session lasted for 30 minutes. Nicole and Isabella were the AYLUS instructors for the October 3 session.
