On September 1, the Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) started its semi-annual leadership performance review for Fall 2020.
Fifteen officers at President, Vice President, Secretary, and Development Officer positions submitted their performance reports to the GPA Branch, reviewing what they have done so far, and their plans on how to build up a stronger leadership.
GPA shared all performance reports with its 315 GPA members & families. Branch will take comments and have meetings with both current leaders and active members, to encourage them to learn from each other, stand up and propose innovative projects, and lead events.
With all above steps, GPA looks towards a healthy growth besides a successful and smooth leadership transition in 2021-2022.
