Today (Jan. 30’16), the Cypress, TX Branch of AYLUS completed our first team event at LoneStar community college library. Each of us was assigned different spots to volunteer at, such as the kids section, the CDs’ section, and the non-fiction section, where we collected a list of requested books.We also helped enthusiastic readers find their way around the library and introduced them to some different genres of books that they were happy to try reading. We had a wonderful time in helping out the library staff!
