On September 07, the East Cobb Branch of AYLUS held East Cobb Youth Tutoring program at Mountain View Library. A total of five students showed up, with two tutors to help the students.
During a break in between students, the tutors also briefly helped sort and re-shelf books.
The East Cobb Branch holds the Youth Tutoring program every Saturday during school days, giving kids in the Cobb County area an opportunity to receive help. The interaction between tutors and students also makes learning more enjoyable.
This time, the tutors taught five students. All were in elementary school. The tutors worked with the students on a variety of subjects. This program provides a comfortable environment to ask for help in academics such as Math and Reading.
As Mountain View Library is a relatively new location, we are excited to see more students join our East Cobb Youth Tutoring Program.
