On September 21, 2019, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) “We Save A Life” Community Service Committee members planned for their next meeting event scheduled for Saturday, September 28th, at Tigerlabs (252 Nassau Street) in Princeton.
Cassie Tammy Wang, Amy Lin, Evan Lin, and Yugong Ismay Wang of GPA Promotional Editing Team, each spent 3 hours to create draft flyers for the 2nd GPA Sponsored Benefit Fundraiser Event, which is to support a “Life Saving” non-profit organization. The concert has been scheduled for December 14, 2019 at 4 pm.
Xinyi Christine Zhang of GPA Promotional Editing Team spent 3 hours to create a PPT document on how a Promotional Video could be created in order to better advocate for AYLUS:

A group is to be established within the Promotional Editing Team so the video could be created by the mid of October 2019.
GPA Promotional Editing Team member Elizabeth Yunjue Li started to create a WeChat Beautiful Article to better advocate for AYLUS, announcing the planned Benefit Fundraiser Event.
GPA Event Planning Team members Fengqi Wen, Amy Lin, Abigail Bao, Angela Bao, and Xin Chen, each spent 3 hours to create their PPT documents outlined their ideas on how to make the fundraiser event successful step by step.
Both teams will give presentations to the next GPA “We Save A Life” Community Service Committee Meeting at Tigerlabs on September 28, 2019.
